6 simple ways to connect to your Soul’s guidance

1. READ BOOKS THAT INSPIRE YOU

Pick books, authors and topics that you are drawn to. They might come to you “out of the blue”.

As you read, pay attention to what specifically lights you up. When appropriate, start to take action to move in the direction you feel called.

2. QUIETEN THE NOISE

Minimize external distractions and outside noise.

Internal distraction can look like listening to ego, fears, expectation of others, trauma reaction, etc.

Pause, meditate or go for a walk. Bring your awareness inside to the deepest and/or highest part of you and become receptive.

3. JOURNAL

Let the writing flow and don’t overthink what is coming through you. You can ask your Soul:

“What do you want me to know?” and allow your Soul to respond through writing.

4. CONNECT TO YOUR DREAMS

Set an intention to connect to your Soul before you go to sleep.

Have a journal handy, so you can jot down what you receive in the morning.

Integrate the energies of the dream. Notice how you feel when you recall the dream.

5. GET OUT OF YOUR ROUTINE

Changing things up opens doorways for your Soul to get your attention. Routines create fixed ways of looking at the world and leave little space for new possibilities.

6. TRUST SYNCHRONICITIES

Pay attention to the events your Soul orchestrates to support and guide you.

Take action if a synchronicity is pointing you to move in a particular direction.

Most importantly have fun!

Allow your inner child to play with you as you explore and deepen your connection to your Soul.

What I’ve created isn’t just a business, it’s the embodiment of my life’s calling. For over 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the study of self-development and spirituality.

As a former refugee who escaped from the grip of war, I now see that experience as a vital part of my Soul’s evolution.

I am a Spiritual Guide, a Healer, and a certified Transformational Coach with a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology.
